There are two ways to make a payment from this website:
  • Use One Time Payment if you have just selected your health plan and are making your first payment to complete your enrollment. You can also use One Time Payment for any outstanding balance or to make a regular monthly payment.

  • One Time Payment - Authorizes your bank or financial institution to transfer from your account the amount of money you have specified for your premium. Your Commonwealth Care account will be credited immediately.

  • Use Recurring Payment to pay your monthly premium only if you are already enrolled in a health plan and have already made your first payment.

  • Recurring Payment - Authorizes your bank or financial institution to transfer from your account each month the amount of money you owe Commonwealth Care for your premium. You have the right to receive a written notice of the amount and date of the transfer 10 days in advance of the schedule transfer. Commonwealth Care will provide that notice by sending you an invoice each month telling you the amount of money that will be withdrawn and the date of the withdrawal. You must make your request for recurring EFT payments by 10:00 pm on the 24th day of the month to have your next monthly premium payment withdrawn from your account automatically.

    Example: if you request recurring EFT payments on January 24th, Your February premium payment which is due February 25th will be withdrawn from your account automatically.
